In the past (a couple of years ago) TeamViewer would work on a headless setup with an X Server running. ![]() This solution is great for me, because it gives high speed connection (hardware acceleration from an integrated GPU) and, depending on the dummy plug, a selection of screen resolutions to choose from. I used a "HDMI Dummy Plug", a very cheap and small device that emulates a monitor. This solution sucks, because then every remote connection is super low resolution and very slow (software graphics rendering on host machine).
